Lime Cheese Mold

Recipe Ingredients

1 (6 oz) package lime gelatin
2 cups boiling water
1 cup pineapple juice (if not 1 cup add orange juice to make 1 cup)
2 cups cottage cheese
2 cups frozen whipped topping 2 cups crushed pineapple
1 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

Combine first 3 ingredients and semi-set in refrigerator. Add remaining ingredients and chill until firm.
