Lime Party Salad

Recipe Ingredients

¼ lb. marshmallows (16 large)
1 (3 oz) package lime gelatin
6 oz. Cream cheese
1 No. 2 can crushed pineapple, undrained
½ cup mayonnaise
1 cup whipping cream, whipped or (2 cups whipped topping)

Instructions

Melt marshmallows in top of double boiler. Pour hot mixture over gelatin and stir until dissolved. Stir in softened cream cheese. When cheese is dissolved add the undrained crushed pineapple. Let cool. Blend in mayonnaise and whipped cream. Pour into mold and chill until firm.
