Low Cholesterol Soup

Recipe Description

Recipe Ingredients

1 pint plain yogurt
1 clove garlic
fresh dill
2 cucumbers, unpeeled
salt and pepper to taste
In blender, place half of yogurt, garlic and dill; blend 10 seconds. Dice 
cucumber; add to blender and blend until cucumber is still visible. Season 
to taste; fold in remaining yogurt.
