Marinated Chicken

Recipe Description

Recipe Ingredients

1 ½ cups oil
1 ½ teaspoons salt
5 cloves garlic, cut in half
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons chopped parsley
½ cup lemon juice
½ teaspoon dry mustard
1 ½ teaspoons paprika
½ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon oregano
 1/8 teaspoon thyme

Instructions

Prepare marinade day or two in advance. Shake well before using. Marinate chicken overnight, in enough marinade to cover. Cut up celery, onions, carrots cornflake crumbs. Optional: ½ cup sauterne wine. Layer pan with cut up vegetables. Cover and bake 30 minutes. Uncover and add sauterne. Cook uncovered until done.
