Marinated Vegetables

Recipe Description

Recipe Ingredients

1 can peas, drained
2 stalks celery, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 can (4 ounce) mushrooms, drained
1 can green beans, drained
1 onion diced
1 can pimento, diced
(fresh or frozen beans and peas, cooked and raw mushrooms may be used)
Mix the following dressing, pour over vegetables, and refrigerate overnight.
1/3 cup vinegar
¼ cup oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon cold water
½ cup sugar
If you double the marinade, you can add a can chick peas and 1 can wax beans.
