Matzoh Balls

Recipe Description

Recipe Ingredients

3 eggs, separated
¾ cup matzoh meal
¾ teaspoon salt
pinch of ginger and cinnamon

Instructions

Beat whites until stiff, then beat in egg yolks. Fold in matzoh meal and salt. Let stand 5 minutes. Form balls. Put in large pan of boiling salted water. Cover, turn to medium heat and cook 45 minutes
