Matzoh Ferfel Cookies for Passover

Recipe Ingredients

2 cups matzoh meal
2 cups matzoh ferfel
1 ½ cup sugar
1 cup chopped nuts
1 teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt
2/3 cup oil
4 eggs

Instructions

Combine matzoh meal, ferfel, sugar, cinnamon and salt. Eat together oil and eggs. Stir it in above mixture. Fold in nuts. Drop teaspoonful onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes or until lightly brown.
