Mint Chip Ice Cream Monster

Recipe Ingredients

1 small, flat, round chocolate-covered cream-filled cake
1 small scoop mint chocolate chip ice cream
2 candy-coated chocolate candies
chocolate syrup in squirt bottle

Instructions

For each “monster” cut cream-filled cake in half crosswise. Place bottom half cut side up, on dessert plate. Center scoop of ice cream on cake; top with second cake half, chocolate-frosting side up. For eyes, spoon two small globs of marshmallow topping onto top of cake; center candies in middle of topping. For legs, squirt chocolate sauce onto plate in squiggly lines beginning at base of cake. Serve immediately.
