Mocha Crème Pie

Recipe Description

Recipe Ingredients

Crust:
1 1/3 cups shredded coconut
2 tablespoons melted butter or margarine
Mix together and pat into 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 325° for 10 minutes.
Filling:
2 teaspoons instant coffee
2 tablespoons hot water
1 (7 ½ oz.) chocolate almond bar
1 (9 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed; and 
1 (4 ½ oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Instructions

Place coffee, water and chocolate in top of double boiler; heat until chocolate melts, stirring to mix well. Cool slightly and fold into whipped topping. Top with toasted coconut. Freeze. Serve frozen as you would ice cream.
