Mushroom Appetizers

Recipe Description

Recipe Ingredients

Remove crust from 6 slices of thin sandwich bread. Cut in fourths. 
Put under broiler for 1 minute. Finely chop ˝ pound mushrooms and 
1 small onion. Sauté in 1 tablespoon butter. Mix 3 ounces of 
cream cheese and add mushroom mix, if a lot of juice has formed, 
drain it off. 
Mound mushroom mix on untoasted side of bread and put under broiler 
just till set, about 2 minutes. Serve or freeze and when ready to 
serve heat in 350° oven about 10 minutes
