Mushrooms in Sour Cream

1 pound mushrooms
3 tablespoons butter
1 large onion, minced
1/3 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon pepper
¼ cup parsley
1 cup sour cream
Instructions
Wash mushrooms; trim off ends; slice lengthwise. Sauté onion in butter until golden; add mushrooms and water; cook until tender, about 15 minutes, adding more water if needed. Add seasonings and parsley; stir I cream; heat. Garnish with parsley. Nice served on toast points, with omelets, or as a vegetable.
