Orange Mold

Recipe Ingredients
1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges
2 cups boiling water
2 (3 oz) packages orange gelatin
1 pint orange sherbet
Instructions
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add 1 cup juice from mandarin oranges (if necessary add enough orange juice to make 1 cup). Let gelatin set until almost firm. Add sherbet and whip. Fold in oranges and pour into 1 quart mold.
