Orange Thyme Lamb Chops

6 shoulder lamp chops, trim off fat
¼ cup orange juice
½ teaspoon orange peel
½ teaspoon thyme
Instructions
Marinate the chops in above mixture for at least 1 hour. Drain but save marinade. Brown chops in 2 tablespoons oil, season with salt and pepper, add marinade and 1 can drained mushrooms. Cover and simmer 40 minutes, uncover and cook 5 minutes longer.
