Oven Brisket

Recipe Description

Recipe Ingredients

Slice onions on bottom of pan; place brisket on top of onions. Spread ½ 
jar of sweet and sour sauce over meat. Mix one package of onion soup 
mix with 2 cups of water; pour into pan. Cover with foil and bake 
at 325° for 3 hours. Slice meat when almost done. Strain gravy 
(if you like it smooth) and pour back into pan over sliced meat. 
Reheat. Can be frozen and reheated.
