Parisian Chicken
Recipe Description
Recipe Ingredients
Season 1 cut up chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder and arrange
in baking pan. Cover with ½ cup sliced onions, ¼ cup diced green peppers,
and ½ pound fresh mushrooms.
Cook together:
1 cup orange juice
3 tablespoons sherry
½ cup water
1 tablespoon brown sugar
salt and pepper to taste
rind of 1 orange
1 tablespoon flour
2 teaspoons parsley flakes
Instructions
Pour liquid over chicken and vegetables and let marinate for
several hours. Bake in 375° oven for 30 minutes covered.
Uncover and continue to bake for an additional 30 to 45 minutes or
until tender. Serve with orange slices.
