Passover Bagels

Recipe Description

Recipe Ingredients

1 ½ cup water
½ cup oil (peanut oil)
2 tablespoons sugar
1 ¼ cup matzo meal
4 eggs
salt to taste

Instructions

Bring to boil water, oil, sugar and salt. Add 1 ¼ cup matzo meal and stir. Remove from heat and add 1 egg at a time, stirring well after each egg. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 425° for 20 minutes, then lower oven to 325° for 40 minutes. May sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon mixture.
