Passover Banana Cake

Recipe Description

Recipe Ingredients

7 eggs separated
1 cup sugar
1 cup mashed bananas
½ cup chopped nuts
¾ cup cake meal
¼ cup potato starch

Instructions

Beat egg whites until stiff. Mix sugar and yolks until thick and creamy. Add bananas, cake meal and potato starch. Mix thoroughly. Add nuts and mix by hand. Fold in stiff egg whites. Bake in greased tube pan at 350° for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 325° and bake 20 minutes. Invert pan to cool.
