Passover Mandel Bread

Recipe Ingredients
½ cup peanut oil
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
juice and rind of 1 lemon
1¾ cups cake meal
¼ cup potato starch
nuts, cherries, raisins
Instructions
Beat first four ingredients together; add cake meal and starch. Add nuts, fruit and raisins. Form 4 rolls and place on greased pan. Bake at 375° for 35 minutes. Cut while warm.
