Passover Mocha Nut Bars

Recipe Ingredients
2 squares (2 oz.) unsweetened chocolate
dash of salt
½ cup shortening
1 tablespoon instant coffee powder
2 eggs
½ cup sifted cake meal
1 cup sugar
½ cup chopped nuts
Instructions
Melt chocolate and shortening together over gentle heat. Cool. Beat eggs with sugar, blend in salt, melted chocolate and shortening. Gradually stir in coffee and cake meal. Turn into 9 X 13 inch greased pan. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake 20 – 25 minutes at 325°. Cut into bars while warm.
