Passover Pancakes

2 egg whites
1/4 cu matzo meal
1/4 cup water
1 cup brown sugar
Instructions
Beat 2 egg whites stiff.
Add beaten egg yolks and ¼ cup matzo meal
Melt butter in a large frying pan and drop batter in heaping tablespoonfuls. Fry on one side, then on the other. To make syrup, put ¼ cup water into saucepan with 1 cup brown sugar and boil.
