Passover Raisin Drop Cookies

½ cup sugar
3 well beaten eggs
½ cups matzo cake meal
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup chopped nuts
½ cup seedless raisins
Instructions
Gradually beat sugar into beaten eggs until light and foamy. Combine cake meal,, cinnamon, salt. Gradually fold into egg mixture. Add nuts, raisins, mixing briefly. Drop by teaspoonsfuls 1 inch apart on greased cookie sheets. Bake at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes.
