Passover Rolls

Recipe Ingredients
3 eggs
1 cup matzo meal
2/3 cups water
1 tablespoon sugar
1/3 cup shortening
¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
Put water, salt, sugar and shortening into pot. Bring to boil. Gradually add matzo meal. Stir well, allowing to boil a second. Remove from heat. Add beaten eggs, one at a time, mixing after each addition. Bake on greased cookie sheet 30 minutes at 375°.
