Passover Wine Cake

Recipe Ingredients
12 eggs, separated
1 cp wine
1 cup sugar
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup cake meal
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup chopped nuts
Instructions
Beat egg yolks and sugar until light and fluffy. Add wine. Sift and add the cake meal with cinnamon, salt and nuts. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake in tube pan in 325° oven for 1 hour. Allow cake to cool in oven before removing.
