Pecan Buns

Recipe Description

Recipe Ingredients

Dissolve 2 packages yeast in warm water. Add ½ pound butter, melted, 1 cup sugar, 
4 eggs, 1 cup sour cream, 1 teaspoon salt, 4 cups flour. Mix well and 
refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Knead the dough. Divide in into 
three sections. Roll out one section, brush with melted butter and sprinkle 
cinnamon sugar and raisins all over. Roll up jelly roll fashion; cut into 
small sections. Put in prepared muffins tins. Pour melted butter, brown 
sugar and pecans into each section of muffing tin.  Let rise until double 
in size (about 2 hours). Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Invert immediately.
