Pecan Pie

Recipe Description

Recipe Ingredients

3 eggs
2/3 cup sugar
dash of salt
1/3 cup melted margarine
1 cup dark corn syrup
1 cup pecan halves
1 recipe plain pastry

Instructions

Beat eggs thoroughly with sugar, salt, melted margarine and syrup. Add pecans. Place in pastry lined 10 inch pie plate. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean when inserted in pie. Cool before serving. May add whipped cream or cool whip.
