Pickled Tuna with Sour Cream

Recipe Description

Recipe Ingredients

2 cans tuna fish
2 large onions, thinly sliced
1 lemon, thinly sliced
¼ cup water
1/3 cup wine vinegar
2 bay leaves
2 teaspoons pickling spice (crushed)
1 cup sour cream

Instructions

Break undrained tuna into large pieces with two forks. Mix lightly in bowl, with onions and lemon. Combine water, vinegar, bay leaves and pickling spices; simmer for 5 minutes; then pour over tuna mixture. Toss lightly; stir in sour cream. Chill. Remove bay leaves before serving as salad or appetizer.
