Pineapple Lemon Cheese Pie

Recipe Description

Recipe Ingredients

1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 16 oz. cream cheese
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon rind
dash of cinnamon
1 pint of sour cream
4 tablespoons sugar
½ teaspoon lemon extract

Instructions

Prepare a 9 inch graham cracker crust. Spoon in a small can of crushed pineapple. Mix the next 6 ingredients very well. Pour into graham crust and bake at 375° for 20 minutes. Mix next 4 ingredients and spread over pie. Return to oven at 450° and bake for 5 minutes.
