Potato Kugel

Recipe Description

Recipe Ingredients

Beat 3 eggs until thick, add 3 cups grated and drained potatoes, 1/3 cup 
flour, ½ teaspoon baking powder, 1 ½ teaspoon salt, 3 tablespoons grated 
onion and 4 tablespoons shortening of your choice. Bake at 350° until 
browned, about 1 hour.  Optional, medium onion minced into mixture.
