Quick Apple Cake
Recipe Description
Recipe Ingredients
Cream together ¼ pound margarine and 1 cup sugar. Add 2 eggs, 1 cup flour,
¼ teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon baking powder. Put in 9” greased pan.
Slice 6 to 7 apples, arrange on cake. Top with ½ cup sugar and 1 tablespoon
cinnamon. Bake in 350° oven 50 to 55 minutes. Fresh plums or peaches may
be substituted.
