Quick Quiche Lorraine

Recipe Description

Recipe Ingredients

1 pie shell
6 oz. Grated swiss cheese
3 large eggs
¾ cup milk
1 tablespoon minced parsley
½ envelope onion soup mix
2 tablespoons minced pimento

Instructions

Soften the onion mix in the milk for 20 minutes. Combine eggs, parsley and pimento. Add to soup mix and beat. Pour over cheese which has been placed in an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350°, 35 to 40 minutes.
