Raspberry-Lemon Mold

Recipe Description

Recipe Ingredients

2 (10 oz) packages raspberries, thawed and strained
4 cups boiling water
1 quart vanilla ice cream
4 (3 oz) packages raspberry gelatin
2 (6 oz) can pink lemonade
pecans if desired

Instructions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add ice cream, stirring until melted, stir in lemonade and juice from raspberries. Chill until partially set (stirring every ½ hour). Then fold in raspberries and pecans. Pour in large mold or brandy snifters.
