Red Cabbage Toss

2 cups thinly sliced red cabbage
½ cup chopped celery
1/3 cup green pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
1/3 cup vegetable oil
Instructions
Combine vegetables in bowl, tossing well. Measure sugar and salt in a jar. Add vinegar and oil. Cover and shake well to blend. Pour dressing over vegetables. Toss well. Chill one hour or longer.
