Rhubarb Pie
Recipe Description
Recipe Ingredients
Sift together 1 cup flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder and ½ teaspoon salt.
Cut in 2 tablespoons butter. Add 1 beaten egg, 2 tablespoons milk and
mix. Press into greased 9 inch pie plate.
Filling: arrange 3 cups raw rhubarb, diced in pie shell. Sprinkle with
3 oz. package strawberry gelatin. Combine 1 cup sugar, ½ cup flour,
½ teaspoon cinnamon and ½ cup melted butter. Sprinkle on
top of pie. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until rhubarb is tender.
