Rhubarb Preserves

Recipe Description

Recipe Ingredients

8 cups rhubarb, cut up
2 ¼ cups sugar

Instructions

Mix together and let stand in refrigerator overnight. Bring to a boil and let simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from stove and add 1 package strawberry gelatin. Pour into sterilized jars and seal. Can be frozen.
