Recipe Ingredients
1 (10 ounce) package chopped spinach, defrosted and drained
1 cup long grain rice
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 cups hot water
salt and pepper
garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
Combine spinach and rice (uncooked) in a greased 2 quart casserole. Dissolve bouillon cubes in water; pour over spinach-rice. Cover and bake at 350° about 45 minutes.serves 6.
