Rice with Chicken Salad

Recipe Ingredients
To 2 cups of cooked rice, add 1 cups diced chicken, 1 cup cut up pecans,
½ cup minced onion. Combine 1 ½ cups mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons curry
powder, ¼ cup soy sauce, 2 tablespoons wine vinegar, ½ teaspoon seasoned
salt and 1 small can pineapple chunks. Mix rice and chicken with dressing
thoroughly and top with paprika. Serve as dip with toasted sesame crackers.
