Salmon Mold

Recipe Description

Recipe Ingredients

Dissolve 1 envelope plain gelatin in ¼ cup cold water. Add ¾ cup boiling water 
and stir. Add 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon 
vinegar, 2 teaspoons grated onion, 1 ½ teaspoons salt, ½ teaspoon horseradish. 
Chill until partially set. Add 1 lb. can salmon, drained and flaked, 
½ cup mayonnaise, 1/3 cup pitted black olives,1/4 cup finely chopped celery. 
Turn into 3 cup mold and chill overnight. Good with avocado dressing: peel 
and mash avocado and add ½ cup sour cream.
