Salmon Rice Ball Casserole

Recipe Description

Recipe Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) can salmon
1 cup cooked rice
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tablespoon minced onion
½ cup bread crumbs
1 can mushroom soup

Instructions

Combine all ingredients except mushroom soup. Mix well; shape into balls. Dilute mushroom soup with 1 can of water and pour into casserole. Arrange salmon balls in sauce. Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
