Salmon Spinach Fluff

Recipe Description

Recipe Ingredients

1 can salmon, undrained but bones
½ cu prepared tartar sauce
2 stiffly beaten egg white
1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed

Instructions

Arrange salmon in layer in bottom of small shallow baking dish. Top with spinach. Combine tartar sauce with egg whites, spread on top of spinach. Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes. Garnish with lemon wedges and parsley. Serves 3 to 4.
