Salmon Tuna Casserole

Recipe Description

Recipe Ingredients

Flake, skin and one 2 cans salmon plus 1 can tuna. Make a cream sauce of; 
1 tablespoon butter, melted; blend in slowly 1 tablespoon flour. 
Slowly stir in 1 ¼ cups milk and cook over low heat until mixture begins 
to thicken. Add 3 slices American cheese and stir until cheese melts. 
Add dash of salt and pepper. Remove from heat. Stir flaked fish into sauce. 
Add and stir in 2 well beaten eggs, 1 small can drained, chopped 
mushrooms and 2 tablespoons fine bread crumbs. Place ingredients into 
mixer and mix for 2 minutes until smooth. Pour into greased casserole 
and dot with tiny pieces of butter. Sprinkle lightly with bread crumbs. 
Bake at 350° until light brown. Serve hot.
