Savory Fresh Mushrooms

Recipe Description

Recipe Ingredients

1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced ¼ inch thick
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
¼ teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon pepper
¼ cup butter r margarine
2 tablespoons dry sherry
¼ cup chopped parsley

Instructions

Combine all ingredients, except parsley, in medium skillet. Cooke covered, stirring occasionally, over medium heat, 10 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Sprinkle with parsley before serving. Mushrooms and ingredients may be wrapped in foil to be cooked on outdoor grill.
