Seafoam Mousse

Recipe Ingredients
1 can (30 oz) pears
1 3 oz. package lime gelatin
½ pound cream cheese
1/4cup chopped pecans or walnuts
1 cup heavy cream
fresh raspberries or 1 package quick thaw
Instructions
Drain pears, reserve juice. Heat 1 cup of juice, add gelatin, cool to room temperature. Combine pears and cream cheese and put through food mill or mash well, add nuts and gelatin mixture, combine well. Whip cream and fold in. pour into ring mold or pretty bowl. Chill 6 hours and serve with raspberries on top.
