Recipe Ingredients
¼ pound butter or margarine
1 cup coconut, shredded
1 6-ounce package chocolate bits
1 15-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup graham cracker crumbs or vanilla wafer crumbs
1 6-ounce package butterscotch bits
1 cup chopped nuts
Instructions
Melt butter or margarine in 13 X 9 X 2 pan. Then proceed to layer other ingredients in pan, crumbs, coconut, chocolate bits, butterscotch bits, milk and nuts.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.
Optional addition: ½ cup raisins soaked in vermouth for one hour, then drained. This makes an additional layer.
