Seven Up Chicken

Recipe Ingredients
3 - 1 ½ to 2 pound fryers
¼ cup oil
1 – 7 ounce bottle of 7 Up
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
seasoned flour
1 medium onion, minced
1 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon vinegar
Roll chicken in seasoned flour. Brown in hot oil until browned. Remove to
shallow baking dish. Brown onion lightly in same skillet. Stir in
remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Pour over chicken and bake at
325° for about 40 minutes or till tender, basting occasionally.
