Recipe Ingredients
Bring to boil about 6 cups water, salted. Add 1 pound lean ground chuck,
broken up, cook for a few minutes. Add 2 small cans tomatoes (chopped),
1 cup sliced celery, 1 cup slice onions. Cook on medium heat for 1
hour. Add ½ can elbow macaroni and small amount noodle flakes and cubed
potatoes, if desired. Cook another 20 minutes. Serves 4.
