Southern Cornbread Dressing
Recipe Description
Recipe Ingredients
Makes 1 ˝ quarts of stuffing, enough for pound fowl. Recipe may be doubled.
3 cups crumbled corn bread (make with water or pareve “milk”)
2 ˝ cups toasted bread crumbs
4 cups turkey or chicken broth (may be made from cubes or powder)
˝ cup melted margarine
4 eggs
2 teaspoons salt
2 ounces corn flakes
˝ cup finely diced onions
˝ teaspoon pepper
1 ˝ teaspoon sage or poultry seasoning
