Southern Cornbread Dressing

Makes 1 ½ quarts of stuffing, enough for pound fowl. Recipe may be doubled.
3 cups crumbled corn bread (make with water or pareve “milk”)
2 ½ cups toasted bread crumbs
4 cups turkey or chicken broth (may be made from cubes or powder)
½ cup melted margarine
4 eggs
2 teaspoons salt
2 ounces corn flakes
½ cup finely diced onions
½ teaspoon pepper
1 ½ teaspoon sage or poultry seasoning
