Spicy Corned Beef
Recipe Description
Recipe Ingredients
Place 4 ½ lb. Corned beef brisket in a deep kettle, cover with water.
Bring to a boil, cover tightly and simmer until tender, about
4 ½ hours. Remove from kettle. Place in aluminum foil lined pan.
Score fat in squares or diamonds. Spread with prepared mustard.
Sprinkle with dark brown sugar. Stud with whole cloves,
placing one in the corner of each square. Bake at 400° about 15 minutes.
Makes 10 to 12 servings
