Spinach and Orange Salad

Recipe Ingredients

1 10 oz. Package spinach, torn
1 medium head iceberg lettuce, shred
2 tablespoons diced onions
2 tablespoons diced green peppers
2 tablespoons diced pimentos
2 large oranges, peeled and chopped
Toss the above and add the following dressing:
¾ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon caraway seeds
Whip together with a wire whisk
