Spinach Pie
Recipe Description
Recipe Ingredients
Mix 1 pound cottage cheese with 5 eggs in mixer. When well mixed,
add 2 packages defrosted chopped spinach, drained. Add ¼ cup Parmesan
cheese and beat mixture again. Place in large pie dish and cover with
mashed potatoes. Bake at 350° until top is browned.
