Spinach Salad with Dressing
Recipe Description
Recipe Ingredients
Tear 2 quarts spinach leaves into bite size. Arrange over spinach; ½ lb.
baco bits, 2 hard
boiled chopped eggs whites, ¾ cup croutons.
Dressing: combine
and toss over salad just before serving
½ cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons mustard
¼ cup lemon juice
½ cup oil
1 tablespoon tarragon vinegar
1/8 teaspoon each of salt, sugar & ground pepper
